How long will it take to process my order?
The shipping times for an order depend on the type and availability of the items you have chosen. Some products can be put into production specifically for your order, therefore it will be necessary to wait for the artisanal processing times which vary, based on the type of item, from 15 to 40 working days.
For items with immediate availability, the times vary from 7 to 15 working days.
We remind you that the bank transfer requires an additional 48 hours of verification. If your order includes items with different delivery times, a single shipment will be made. We will ensure that you receive the best possible service and activate a direct line between you and the courier who will make the delivery. Due Coste srl undertakes to respect the estimated delivery times communicated on the site. Who takes care of shipping my package?
The order will be processed by our logistics service and delivered by the best couriers available on the market, who will send an email with the tracking number as soon as the order is entrusted to them. The goods will be delivered to the desired address.
Is it possible to request a shipment outside of Italy?
Due Coste srl ships worldwide. Indicate the destination country during the purchase process if not present at the time of purchase, or send a request to duecoste19@gmail.com indicating the destination area and we will provide you with all the information you need. Remember that some international shipments require the payment of customs fees, which will be at your expense. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to write to duecoste19@gmail.com
What should I do when my order is delivered?
We recommend that you always check your order upon delivery. Check that the number of packages corresponds to the number indicated on the delivery note, as well as the integrity of the packaging and any signs of tampering or anomalies with respect to the integrity of the contents. In the event of anomalies, indicate the wording “Acceptance with reservation” on the carrier’s delivery note when signing and write to duecoste19@gmail.com reporting the delivery details. We remind you that you have 5 days to report any discrepancies and make a complaint. After this deadline, in fact, we will no longer be able to accept complaints or reports.
What should I do in case of damaged goods?
Check the external packaging and its integrity. If there are any anomalies, photograph it before opening. If there are broken objects inside, photograph them in their packaging. Inform us of what happened. If possible, we ask that you send photos of the damaged goods.
